Rhonda was such a pleasure to work with!! She was energetic, organized and competent!! I've purchased 9 homes and Rhonda was by far the hardest working realtor I've ever worked with!! She not only help find us the perfect house she was able to direct us to local resources!! She's the best and we are grateful to have worked with her!!

I met Rhonda at an open house while out on a business trip. That house was not the one for my family but we kept in touch during our relocation to Charleston. She was always attentive to what we were looking for in a home. She asked good questions and factored that into our search. Her knowledge of the area, both real estate and local activities, was outstanding in helping to pick the area we wanted to move into. I would recommend Rhonda to anyone looking to move to the area or a local looking for a new space.

Rhonda was an absolute gem. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for in our home search... even as that changed as we learned more about our new environment. We re-located from Phx, AZ and have never lived here in SC. She was always on the ball letting us know what was involved with each property we considered. She is the epitome of patient, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Rhonda sold our house in two days for above the asking price. She was excellent with communication, and gave us professional advice and helped us through the whole process of selling our home. Furthermore, she made sure to accommodate our family with young children. She is a top notch realtor and we appreciate her help.

Her ability to help you clarify your vision and get you the resources to do it makes her a natural. Her genuine desire to assist people comes through in every interaction and her immediate follow-up. Her enthusiasm is matched by her integrity and makes working with her a rewarding experience for both the first time buyer and those of us on our seventh home.

Rhonda was always punctual and available to show homes even at the last minute. She listened to our " must have" list and stayed on top of any listings that fail into our needs and believe me we have a long list of " must haves"! Her energy and enthusiasm for her job are contagious. We enjoyed working with Rhonda and were so impressed with her professionalism we are having her list our existing home.
